It’s Raining!
Wow do we need this rain. Sure it’s gloomy out, and I have to turn the lights on in the house, but it has been so dry here. I can’t even remember the last time it rained for more than a couple of minutes
I’m So Depressed
My online sales are the only way I can help out the family. I depend on them to be able to get all the little extras for the home (like food)
I was hoping for a good selling season so there could be a few nice gifts under the tree. I am thankful that the kids are grown and understand that we can’t always do what is in our hearts.
My sales have been dismal and I am not alone in this. Very disappointing to all my online friends.
My mainstay item is Watkins products, but I have expanded my offerings into all kinds of other categories.
Even though I am on Ebay most items are buy it now, not auction

A Marathon Day
I spent the day doing something I wasn’t sure I was going to do again.
I made my handmade soaps, bath salts and milk baths.
I gave it up for the summer after 3 straight years of fine tuning my specialty items because my hip has been getting progressively worse and the summer heat here was unbearable.
I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this creative outlet!
It takes a little longer than it used to but I put in a marathon day and loved it.
Now I must decide if I am ready to start selling them online again
A Cold in the Nose
It’s been a long weekend. I stayed home on black Friday.
Saturday and Sunday went by in a blur. My daughter has a bad cold so Mom made homemade chicken soup.. the cure all. Of course I am catching it and feel like crap.
I am hoping that cyber Monday is for real. I have been working hard getting my products listed in my Ebay store and other online sites I patronize.
The banner design requests have picked up.
Now it off to play a few games on pogo and then bedtime for me
Are People Nuts?
Who in their right mind wants to go shopping for Christmas gifts at 4 am? That’s when a lot of the large retailers open their doors and start their sales on Friday.
What is wrong with people. Haven’t they ever heard of the internet? I know that shopping in the mall can be a spiritual experience, but I’m just too old to care.
I intend to do most of my shopping online this year. No lines, no spending mega bucks on gasoline and everything is delivered right to my door.
Wake up everyone it’s the 21st century.

My Poor Hubby
The day started with car problems. Nothing major, but required hubby take the day to fix it
Well that never got done because while walking in the backyard he tripped! He fell flat on his face. When he came into the house he was dripping blood and scared my adult daughter half to death.
Thank goodness it was all cuts and bruises and no stitches needed. Just needed peroxide and antibiotics.
You just know the guys at work won’t believe the truth about what happened. Neither would you.
